We process personal data for these reasons
We only process your personal data when we are allowed to do so and for the purposes we have described below.
Orders
If you order one of our designs or a color concept guide, we receive your personal data. We then process the data that are necessary for the execution of that agreement, such as being able to send the products and making an invoice. When paying, we will also see which bank account this is from and who the account holder is. When you request an account for this, we also process your data to create that account.
Because of our administrative duty, we keep this information for 8 years. In addition, we also store the details of the order to answer questions about the order or the license and to be able to check the payment. This also makes it easier for you to place an order with us again.
Fairs and events
Sometimes we are at fairs, markets and events and you can also buy our beautiful designs there. We then need your e-mail address to be able to send the invoice to you and we will of course receive your payment details. We keep the invoice and payment details for 8 years.
License or transfer of copyright
We grant a license for the use of designs or transfer the copyrights. We record these agreements, for which we also process your data. These are necessary for the execution of the contract.
In the case of a license, we keep this information at least for the duration of the license in order to be able to secure the agreements made. We retain the data required for the transfer of copyright until the moment that the copyright expires in accordance with the Dutch Copyright Act, in order to prove that the copyright has been transferred.
Contact
Furthermore, we process your name, website, telephone number and e-mail address to be able to contact you, for example about your order or when you have questions. We will keep your name and e-mail address for 4 years, so that we can provide you with sufficient service.
Newsletter
We are happy to send you a newsletter because you are a customer with us or because you have registered for it yourself. We therefore process your name and e-mail address to send you information and news. We offer the possibility to unsubscribe under each newsletter.
